Terms of Service

Draft notice. These terms are a working draft. They have not yet been reviewed by Indonesian legal counsel and may change before launch. Items still to be confirmed are marked as TODO. An Indonesian-language version will be provided, and the Indonesian text will govern once published.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using BaliEcoHome, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. BaliEcoHome is operated by PT Bali Ecohome, an architecture and construction studio based in Bali, Indonesia.

Accounts

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for activity that happens under it. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

The AI design studio

The studio produces AI-assisted conceptual visualizations. These are ideas and moodboards to explore a design direction. They are not construction drawings, engineering documents, or permit-ready plans, and they do not reflect structural, zoning, or regulatory compliance.

Any actual home requires licensed architects, engineers, and the proper Indonesian permits, including a building approval (PBG). Do not rely on a generated image for construction, budgeting, or legal decisions. Our team can turn a concept into buildable documents as a separate, quoted service.

Ownership of content

You keep the rights to the prompts and briefs you enter. Subject to paying for the relevant plan, you may use the concepts you generate for your own personal and project planning. We keep ownership of the BaliEcoHome platform, our software, brand, and portfolio. We may process your inputs and outputs to operate and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful under Indonesian law.
• Break, overload, or reverse engineer the platform.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or is harmful, misleading, or offensive.
• Resell or misrepresent generated concepts as certified plans.

Payments

Paid plans and credits are described at checkout and in our Refund Policy. Payments are handled by Midtrans. Prices are shown before you buy. Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund Policy and Indonesian consumer protection law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. AI outputs can contain errors and should be checked by qualified professionals before any real-world use. We do not warrant that generated concepts are accurate, buildable, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Indonesian consumer protection law (Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999) or other mandatory law. Within the limits that the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the period concerned. We do not exclude liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be handled by the competent Indonesian courts, without affecting any consumer rights you have to bring a claim locally.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service and the law change. We will post the new version here with a revised date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
